We're planning a great weekend for you, with fun events, good food, music, and great guys all on hand to give you a memorable time in the City of Brotherly Love.

Our host hotel is the Loews Philadelphia on Market Street, in the heart of Philadelphia, and steps from the Gayborhood, City Hall, Reading Terminal Market, and all that Philly has to offer. Our host bar is The Bike Stop, Philly's premiere bear/leather bar, located at 206 S Quince Street.

The fun starts on Thursday night with Early Registration and a Meet n Greet at the hotel, and dinner out on your own.

Friday is free time (great day to see the sights in Philly), with registration opening at 5 pm, and a Bar Crawl from 8 pm to midnight. Or, join us for a Halloween tradition in Philly, "Terror Behind the Walls" at the local abandoned prison. Then head over to the Bike Stop for "Get Your Bare On!", our Sexy Bear & Beard Contest, from midnight till 2 am, or just relax and socialize in our Hospitality Suite.

Saturday we're planning a breakfast, and eye-openers at Uncles from 11:30 am till 12:30 pm. The rest of the day is yours for exploring Philly, or joining us on a Colonial Philadelphia Experience Walking Tour or Taste of Philly Tour, from 12:00 pm till 4 pm. Then it's time for dinner, with special surprises planned. Bearapalooza takes the stage at 8 pm at Voyeur for a great evening of music, emceed by William Brown. Stay at Voyeur afterward to dance till the morning hours with DJ David Gerlitzki. The Hospitality Suite will be open at the hotel from midnight till ???, and we may have another special event that night!

Sunday starts the wind down from your beary special weekend. We're getting plans together for a Brunch at a local eatery (not included in run package), and inviting those sport bears out there to join us at the Bike Stop at 2 pm for big screen football., then it's Woof! Philly at 5 pm, free to BoLW attendees.
